ALFA INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENTS (AIE) was promoted in 1982, which were having a good experience in valves technology. The Company is engaged in design, development, manufacturing and supply of valves & accessories. The Company has expertise, well-experienced technical staff and facilities to meet the growing demand of process industries for standard/customized valves for a wide range of application.
Our spectrum range include forged steel, Cast Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless steel Gate, Globe, Check, and Butterfly Valves, “Y” type and Basket type strainers, Steam traps, Pressure Relief Valves, Pressure Reducing Valves, Plug Valves from sizes ranging from 15NB to 1500NB in Pressure From 125# to 2500# PN 6 to PN 160 as per API, ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN, JIS, MMS, AWWA, ISO and IS standard.
We have all the requisites facilities for Testing of 100% Hydro-test at our Mumbai Works, if required by our valued clients. We can also arrange any Third Party Inspection like: B&V/DNV/CEIL/EIL etc. & Laboratory Test as regard Chemical Composition and Physical Properties on government approved Laboratories.

All ALFA Cast Steel Valves are inspected and tested at the factory as per procedure. That is in strict compliance with API and BS specifications.
Inspection and testing of Alfa Cast Steel Valves are done as below.
1. Visual Examination
2. Hydrostatic shell test.
3. Backseat test.
4. High pressure closure test
5. Low pressure closure test
